Vehicle wraps in Zuid must perform in a demanding working environment. Cast vinyl must withstand diesel exhaust, salt spray from nearby port roads and frequent washing. Alfa Reclame specifies only A-brand cast vinyl — 3M 1080, Avery Supreme Wrapping Film and KPMF K75400 — for all vehicle work in this zone. We do not use calendered vinyl on vehicles: it lifts at panel edges within 18 months under high-UV outdoor conditions and the daily washing cycles common in fleet operation.

- Production — Print and laminate 2–3 working days after approval. A-brand cast vinyl only.
- Installation at our Rotterdam facility — Vehicle detailed and wrapped in a climate-controlled environment. Typically one day for a full van. Fleet jobs scheduled to minimise operational downtime.
