Rotterdam Centrum is the commercial and cultural heart of the city, stretching from the Coolsingel boulevard through the Lijnbaan shopping axis, across the Markthalplein and into the narrow streets of Witte de Withstraat. Rotterdam Centrum is classified as welstand zone-1, the municipality’s strictest aesthetic-review tier. This applies to the entire binnenstad including Laurensbuurt, Scheepvaartkwartier and the protected Witte de With cultural corridor. Films covering more than 30% of a glazed surface, or applications in designated heritage streets, may require prior council approval. - Production in Rotterdam — 1–3 working days after approval, using A-brand 3M IJ180Cv3 cast vinyl.
- On-site installation in Centrum — Glass cleaned, bubble-free application, site left tidy. Total 3–5 days from first contact.
